	The owner, Billy T. Edwards Jr., started this company back in 1985, after working as a licensed Private Investigator for over five years he then began working in the process service business.  Although he previously provided a variety of services including surveillance and locating individuals, Mr. Edwards quickly honed in on the area where his services were most in need.  Inevitably he has found that most clients wanted the same thing: “Quality Service of Legal Papers.”
Because of his commitment to quality service and years of experience, Mr. Edwards has developed a loyal base of law firms, businesses, government agencies, sheriff’s departments, Child Support Enforcement, Collections Agencies and individual clients who rely exclusively on B T Edwards Process Service for all of their process of service needs. Whether business or individual, each client can expect the same level of quality service.
	All of our papers are done in a timely fashion.  Each paper is worked on from the day we receive it in our office until it is completed.  All papers are maintained in our database.   We can always give you the status of your paper work whether it has been received, served or already mailed back to you with your affidavit.  All of our servers are trained and know just how to handle day to day Process Service. All of our servers check in daily to provide updates on the status of their papers. Mr. Edwards spends as much time as needed to make sure that each understands the importance of their job and what is expected of them as a “Process Server”.  Each server will provide courteous and professional service and deliver the serve in accordance with the client’s wishes.  We’ve served individuals at airports, parks, intersections, place of employment, hotels, outside of buildings, etc….Whenever and wherever we are instructed.

Repeatedly, clients call Mr. Edwards for assistance with a deadline approaching to ask for “Priority Service” on various individuals and/or businesses.  This is not a problem.  We can pick the papers up from you for a small additional fee and attempt service the same and/or next day but within 24 hours.
